Our main distribution centre is located in Port Talbot with a smaller supporting hub in London. Between these two sites we are capable of holding 30,000 - 40,000 garments in stock at any time, and are able to despatch up to 1,000 garments each day.

In 2006 we invested in new IT and hardware infrastructure, including a computerised stock control system. These improvements have enabled us to improve stock turnaround times and our distribution efficiency.All stock items can be delivered within 5 working days.

A 48-hour delivery service is available on request. In the event that an item is out of stock the lead-time will be longer and the client will immediately be quoted a delivery time. In urgent cases we will manufacture in our design room.


Non-Stocked/Non-Standard items:

The client will always be welcome to order items that are not part of its standard order, but this must be agreed firstly by the appropriate officer of the client company. We will quote a delivery time when an item has to be manufactured or externally sourced. Urgent orders can be despatched from our warehouses on the same day if it is in stock.

‘The Personal Touch’

Individually labelled garmentsAs part of our commitment to offering a very personal service to our clients, we are able to person-pack your garments so each member of staff will receive their garments individually labelled for them. This service is available on request and free of charge. For mainland UK, we charge £7.50 for delivery of all call-offs of less than £250 in value. Postage and packing free of charge for orders of £250 and over. For Northern Ireland, we charge £ 20.00 for delivery of all call-offs of less than £250 in value. Postage and packing is free of charge for orders of £ 250 and over. For the Republic of Ireland, we charge € 30.00 for delivery of all call-offs of less than € 375 in value. Postage and packing is free of charge for orders of € 375 and over.

Method of Delivery:

Burlington Uniforms use UPS, which is a reputable courier service, to deliver to UK mainland addresses. They provide a satellite “Track and Trace” service, which requires a signature upon receipt of delivery. We also have our own delivery team to make drops within London thus ensuring the safe and rapid delivery of your orders.

Geographical Coverage Deliveries are made to all post-coded addresses within the UK mainland. Deliveries are made outside the UK by arrangement.
