Totally Managed Service
For organisations with over 500 uniform wearers, our totally managed service is the ideal solution. Your dedicated account manager will do all the work, including co-ordinating our teams of designers and planners, and then they will guide you through the process of designing your own bespoke uniform.
Initial Consultation
Because we need to completely understand your requirements, our initial consultation always begins at the most important place - your business or organisation. Understanding your environment means we are then able to develop garments that reflect the day to day demands of your company.
Design
We encourage our clients to ensure that all of their stakeholders are involved in teh design process from the outset. These include Senior Management, HR, Marketing, Brand, Procurement and most importantly the staff themselves. Working closely with your team, our commercial designers, through presentations of design boards, sample garments and fabric swatches can create a unique look for your business, that encapsulates your brand identity, and that your staff will be proud to wear.
Before your uniform is committed to bulk production, we recommend that some of your staff wear the garments to test them for style, comfort, fit, durability and washability. If then needed modifications can then be made before final samples are signed off and full production begins.
Future Requirements
Your account manager will work with you to forecast your uniform requirements from the outset. Our forecasting software will build up a historical demand profile, by garment, size and then generate future production proposals. The account manager will then discuss with you and adjust according to real time outside influences which may result in changes to demand patterns.
Continued Service
Once delivery has been taken your relationship with your account manager has only just begun. He or she will be available to answer any queries you have and will ensure that your service levels are met consistently throughout the term of the contract.
