Customer Support & After Sales Service
We recognise that you are an organisation that is moving forward and constantly reviewing your operational procedures and requirements. We welcome the opportunity to be part of that process and we will be proactive in suggesting changes or additions to the items we provide as well as changes to their specifications. We will be on hand to offer advice and guidance. We will draw your attention to new availability of products, services or procedures that we think will enhance your efficiency, safety, and ability to work to your vision statement.
Our Account Managers are responsible for arranging meetings with clients in order to:
- Update and review information on ongoing contracts including delivery schedules
- Review products annually
- Address any concerns or issues
We would anticipate a regular quarterly meeting once the contract is up and running, but monthly meetings may be required at the earlier stages.
As well as meeting with clients, Account Managers will maintain regular telephone or email contact with clients to monitor progress and satisfaction and provide support.
Once we have delivered your order our commitment to service to the client does not stop here. We pride ourselves on our excellent after sales service, for which you will receive just as much attention from us as if it were the start of the order process.Our dedicated customer service team are always on hand to answer any queries or, on the rare occasion there is a problem with any of our garments, they will attend to your needs in order to reach a satisfactory solution.
Matters to be checked with client include:
- Safe receipt of garments
- Suitability of garment
- Any need for exchange
- Production of management reports
